About Jennifer Francis
Weight loss expert. Hypnotherapy can help you to make long term changes to your attitude to food, by severing the emotional response to it, stopping cravings, helping you to be more active, encouraging you to be healthier. Also trained in the hypno Gastric Band technique. Gastric Band without surgery.This approach encompasses all levels of your unconscious thinking so you get new habits that become your natural way of living.
Other treatments include: stopping smoking, public speaking, confidence, stop binge drinking, fear of flying, getting over past hurt, athletic performance and many other treatments.

B.Ed, CHC, MCH(UK)Trained in Hypnotherapy and Counselling at UK College at St Charles Hospital, London.
Studied NLP, Time Line Therapy, EFT and on going studies in body language,
I been a hypnotherapist in Harley Street for 13 years and have seen over 3,500 clients.
I am the recommended hypnotherapist for Channel 4.
